If you are having technical difficulties with KnowledgeWorkshop and cannot find the answer
in the help file, you have the following options:
If you purchased KnowledgeWorkshop Professional Edition you may send a support enquiry

and describing the problem you are having in as much detail as possible. You must include
your license code which may be found in the [Help] menu under [About KnowledgeWorkshop]
or in the e-mail you received when you purchased the product. Note: You
may be able to get answers to your questions more rapidly from the FAQ.
Evaluation Period Support
If you are evaluating the current version of KnowledgeWorkshop and are having difficulty getting it installed we will provide you with

Support Duration
LMS will provide support for all versions of the current major release and all versions
of the last major release. At a minimum LMS guarantees to provide support for your product
for two years from the date of purchase.
