This page lists the most commonly asked questions about the license you receive to use our software.  You can view a complete copy of the end user license agreement (EULA) here.  Information provided in this FAQ does not alter or supersede the EULA.

Can I install KnowledgeWorkshop on more than one computer?
You can install KnowledgeWorkshop on one primary computer and a secondary home or laptop computer that is used exclusively by you, provided that the software was not purchased as part of a site license and that the software is not used at the same time on both computers.

Can other users of my computer use KnowledgeWorkshop?

Up to 10 users may use KnowledgeWorkshop on the primary computer on which it is installed.  An independent database is created for each user with a separate user account on the computer. Only the licensed user may use the software on the secondary computer.  Where can I find my license code License codes can be found:

  • In the e-mail you received when you purchased the software.
  • Open KnowledgeWorkshop and activate the Help menu.  Select the [About KnowledgeWorkshop] button.  The license code is displayed in the window that appears.
  • If you purchased a CD the license code will be on a label attached to the CD case.
