Customer FAQ

How can I pay for my purchase?
The quickest way to purchase an LMS product is to use your credit card and visit our online store.  If you prefer to pay by check or money order you may complete an order at our online store and then mail your payment to Learning Management Solutions, 18 Miller Place Road, Miller Place, NY 11764, USA.  Please include your invoice order number in the memo field of the check.  Unfortunately we cannot issue a product activation code until your check has been processed by our bank.  This will slow down the processing of your order.  You will be charged $30 for all returned checks.

Can I get a refund?
LMS offers a free trial period for all of its software.  You can try-before-you-buy for up to 30 days.  If you are thinking of purchasing our software we encourage you to try it out first and satisfy yourself that it meets your requirements. If, however, after purchasing KnowledgeWorkshop, you conclude that it is not for you, we will give you a full refund if you contact us within 30 days of purchase.

Do you offer bulk order discounts?
For KnowledgeWorkshop Professional Edition we offer a sliding scale of discounts starting with purchasing as few as two licenses.  Please visit the pricing page for additional information.

If I purchase a product will I receive product upgrades for free?
We are constantly improving our products and release periodic point updates that you can download from our web site.  These point updates are free within a major version of the product.  A major new release will change the first number of the version (eg  to 1.0.0 to 2.0.0) and would require an upgrade purchase. 

Can I buy your products on a compact disk (CD)?
Yes.  During the purchasing process at our online store select a shipping method other than Web site download.  There is an additional charge for shipping and handling.  If you wish to download and install any of our software while your are waiting for your CD to arrive you can do so from our downloads page.  You need not reinstall the software from the CD.
