Use Your Credit Card in Our Secure Online Store

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover in our secured site verified by Verisign. Your purchase will be immediately processed and your card charged. For security reasons we do not store your credit card number anywhere so no charges other than those authorized by you can occur.

Use PayPal

To pay via PayPal simply order through our online store and select PayPal as your payment method.  The PayPal site will open automatically enabling you to authorize payment through their service.  You do not need a PayPal account to do this.  At the conclusion of the transaction you will be returned to our web site where shipping information will be confirmed.

Pay by Check

To pay with a personal or business check simply order through our online store and select Check as your payment method.  Enter the check number and mail the check to the address provided.  Once your check has been processed by our bank we will e-mail you your license code. This option requires that the check be drawn from a U.S. bank account.

Getting your software

Our fully functional software can be downloaded and used for free for up to 30 days. By registering the software, you may continue to use the software beyond that period, free of charge, for non-professional purposes. In that case the software will run as the Personal Edition. If you do intend to use the software for professional purposes, or require a higher capacity knowledgebase, then you can purchase a license and activate the software.

Your license code will be e-mailed to you at the address supplied during the purchasing process. You must enter the license code into the software and go through the activation process to eliminate the time restriction on the software.
